Organisational Background
Network for Solidarity, Empowerment and Transformation for All (NewSETA) is a non-profit civil society organisation registered in the Kingdom of Lesotho. The organisation was established to promote solidarity among communities, empower citizens—particularly youth, women and marginalised groups—and contribute to sustainable social transformation. NewSETA operates at community and constituency levels, working closely with citizens to strengthen civic awareness, democratic participation, accountability and respect for human rights.
The organisation’s work is grounded in community engagement, participatory education and advocacy, with a strong emphasis on inclusion, integrity and responsiveness to local realities.
